This focused approach allows a client to understand the design possibilities of their home and to have the foundation on which to begin executing those ideas on their own.

We walk through your home, discussing each space as well as immediate needs and long–term goals that you may have, including possible renovations. I am always happy to answer any questions and am committed to providing clear and direct feedback on each topic in order to be of most value. In this meeting, I also introduce the ideas of a design concept and a materials palette for the home, asking questions to help guide that discussion.

From that meeting, clients may choose one of two paths:

Design Consultant

I create and send a list of ideas and recommendations for you to use as reference as you make decisions over time for your home.

The Assessment is ideal for clients who are excited to explore design ideas on their own and are interested in direction on how to start navigating that process.

Option 1: THE ASSESSMENT

In addition to outlining a design concept and overall materials palette, I develop and share a detailed tracking sheet for the defined areas of the home, featuring overview notes for each selection; links to one to two specific recommendations for each item; contact information when relevant for trades; the estimated cost for each item; budget analysis; the process to track final selections, ordering, and installation; and other design ideas to consider.

The Sheet is ideal for clients who want to execute design ideas on their own, either due to interest or budget or scheduling, and are interested in direct guidance regarding how to proceed.

Option 2: THE SHEET

Design Consultant fees generally range from $3,000 – $10,000. I also offer hourly consulting to answer discreet questions and to provide direction on specific matters, with fees starting at $200.
